Kazuya almost found himself thanking for the permission. (Tji, like I need to ask for permission from a Sand ninja in village of Leaf.)Kazuya jumps away to seek his secret undergound hq to check if his spies has gathered anything. He lands next to a cafe and enters. Finds a secret way downstairs. Enters an office. Looking at two Reaper Division members sorting paper work.

two pheonex ninja follow kazuya until he goes into a cafe. "should we enter" pheonex ninja one asks
"no im going to go into a clothing store and get us leaf village garb you stay hidden until i get back" the other ninja says as he teleports away heading towards a tailor.
