They are gone, Kazuya notices. Guess he will be heading to the Hokage's office to spectate further of this event.
Using Void cloak, covering his body in a layer of void, he begins to move. This technique is very good for movement. For one, it makes the user completly soundless, litterally. Because no sound cannot ever exist in a void. Secondly, without any air resistance to Kazuya's movements he is able to go 10 times faster than normal. In a blink of an eye, he lands on a nearby building to Hokage's place. Kazuya bends down to sit. Wait and see what will happend.
