The four pheonex ninja arrive in the waterfall village in the cover of night through the water. The four ninja wearing waterfall village clothing walk around the village to the tree that would make the heroes water in a couple of days. They notice that the tree is highly protected by waterfall ninja. After looking at the tree the four find an abandoned house and hide in it tip the tree was ready to produce the water.

Four akatsuki ninja emerge from the water and instantly get out of site and from the shadows they weave around and get to the tree that would produce the water. They see the gaurds and hide in the shadows and kill the two gaurds then steal their ninja appearal. The other two akatsuki hide in the top of the tree till the water is produced.

Couple days later
The pheonex ninja are in the crowd as everyone watches as the ninja gaurding the tree fill up a gourd with the heroes water. After the gourd was filled with the water the ninja move away from the tree and walk towards the kages office. The pheonex ninja look at each other then leave the crowd. After awhile the two waterfall ninja get attacked by the pheonex ninja. The ninja with the gourd ran towards the kages office as the other one stayed back to fight the three attacking villagers (pheonexs). After awhile of running the waterfall ninja toke a shortcut through an alley way to his destination. The fourth pheonex ninja attacked the ninja.

The akatsuki ninja stand in front of the three villagers then signals to a nearby waterfall (akatsuki) ninja. Together the two ninja attack the three villagers with earth and lightning jutsu. The villagers counter with earth jutsu to stop the attacks then water senbons mixed with electricity that killed the gaurds. The ninja in the alley way was fighting the villeger until he had a kunai to the villagers throat slitting it then used an earth coffin technique and dragged the body underground. The other ninja appeared out of the shadows and informed his friend of their comrades death.

The three villagers follow the route that their teamate went and arrived at an alley and see fresh soil that was moved and a puddle of blood. One of the villagers dug up a coffin and opened it up to see their newly revived comrade. The four look around and see the two ninja with the gourd were walking out of the village. The four villagers follow the ninja out of the village and after awhile attack the ninja. The four kill them and hide the bodies then leave to return to the sand.
