I walk up to kazuya's front door. I knock on it and say "kazuya are you home ."

Kazuya opens the door. Looking sleepy and none dressed. He yawns before replieng.
"What do you want?" Kazuya says and looks at the clock. "6 AM, couldn't you wait a little later? I was having a nice dream."

"Shura, welcome. Please make yourself at home. Would you like some tea?" Kazuya asks and begins to prepare some never the less whatever the answer was gonna be.
"Shura, it's a nice name. The same as the kage of sand. I haven't been to Sand on a long time. Few times due to missions when I was young. Long, long time ago." He pours the tea ingredients in a device and puts it on. Now it would be matter of time until the tea is ready.
"Are those..." Kazuya points at the wings. "...human or bird wings? It's rare with human ones but they would certainly be a lot easier to operate with." He looks closer at them.

"Fascinating. But it's highly likely you will die, do you accept that?" Kazuya asks to be sure.
"As I said earlier, it must be done on a very early stage. When you are still an embryo. Since you are way past that stage we need to perform a reincarnation jutsu. Which where you will die and be born again." Kazuya walks to his drawer while he talks and looks up some clothes for himself to wear.
"Not to mention, that jutsu fails 90% of the times. Faith will very much decide your future." He says and puts on a shirt and a military vest.

Kazuya finds some trousers and pulls a leg through them.
"What? Did you say you are Kazekage?" Kazuya says and falls over with trousers half way up. He lands softly and rolls over to get up.
"This changes everything. I can't operate with these kind of risks on a such valuable person. If you would to die it would be seen as hostile act of the Leaf and a war would threaten the our countries. Perhaps not even Leaf would see me with forgiving eyes who brought such demise upon them. Not to mention the alliance with water country, I would have no where to hide on this world." Kazuya explains in panic.

" hahaha no no its fine you see ive come on my own free will and i will sommun up my phenox he'll watch over me since he and i are connected spirituallly so he can use one of his feathers to revive me. plus i told the hokage what i was doing and he was fine with it. i assure you it is all good so please lets continue." i said with reassurance

"In that case, you got it all covered up." Kazuya gets his trousers on completly. Takes the wings to a cold room before their cells die. A mist blows out when he opens the door. Steps in, the freezing air feels like a cold blade smoothing his skin through. His breath becomes visible. The wings is put on a shelf on shoulder height. Adds some ice cubes to them to ensure they will be frozen.
He goes out and shuts the door. Makes sure it is well closed and no air zips out. Walks back to see Shuga.
"We must act quickly, before the wings become useless." Kazuya finds his white coat and puts it on. He looks more of a doctor now.
"Oh, where is it now. Where did I put it?" He looks through his bookshelf in stress. He must have the blueprints to the jutsu. He hasn't used it very much and so he never completly taught himself the jutsu to his head.
"Here it is!" He finds it at the most dustiest part of the shelf. He has to wipe it clean which makes the dust spread to the room and cause him to caught.
"Excuse me. This way." He shows Kazekage to his labrotary and points at a table at the center.
"Please... please sit down." Almost forgot to finish the sentence. Walks over to the table and starts reading the blueprints of the jutsu. Takes a pencil of ink and begins to draw symbols on the floor. Directing lines of japanese symbols toward the center of the room where the operation table is located.
