"Uhm, yeah. There is nothing to worry about. This is gonna be alright, I'm soon finished." Kazuya start to paint the last symbols of the seal on the Kazekage's body. Moving around him and making sure every angle is covered.
"There, there and... there! This should all be done now." Kazuya goes to his desk and puts the ink away. Goes through the jutsu recipe once more to double check. It's very critical everything are correct.
Double check, double check. He walks back and forth and looks at the floor. Deep in his thoughts, probably can't hear anything at the moment. Mumbles something for himself and goes to the fridger to get the wings. Prepares to extract some cells which will be used in the operation.

"Huh, did you say something? Sorry, I was..." Kazuya says and pauses.
"Anyway, a-are you ready? Usually this is executed by many people. I don't know if I have enough chakra for this. Wanna try it?" Kazuya asks.
If Kazekage went along with it, Kazuya will cast a number of handseals. He closes his eyes and focuses. The seal slowly but safetly begins to move up to a center point of kazekage's body. Kazuya mumbles as if he is doing prayers. His hand rest on Kazekage's shoulder. All the ink gather up to one spot and create a dot which expands until all the symbols has been swallowed. Kazuya swallows, was it really an A or a B? It will keep bothering him at the back of his mind.
The last letter swallowes into the dot and the ink turns to a new seal. At activation it seals Kazekage's life and leaves the body to instant die.
Kazuya chuckles for himself.
"Do you think anyone would believe me if I told them that I killed Kazekage today? A weak guy like I, they would probably all laugh."
Kazuya releases the seal and the spirit liberates. If the jutsu works correctly, a new life shall begin to grow inside the dead body. Taking all the nuture around it and recycle it to become a new human. The process is quite quick. Within 18 hours the kazekage should be back to his original age of 17. Until then, he would probably remain in coma state.
Kazuya hurries and gets the needle which was prepared earlier. He aims for the right spot, which should be the back, and then injects the bird wings cells into the embryo. Now the wings should grow up along with him.
Kazuya looks up at the clock on the wall.
"He should be waking up at midnight." Kazuya says and puts a planket on the patient to keep him warm.
"Phew, that was hard work. I'll leave for now and come back when he wakes up." Kazuya leaves the room. The door slams shut and it creates an echo of the hit. The clock is 06:47 AM.
((I just noticed that I wrote that the embryo was inside the dead body and that Kazuya still was successfully able to aim at the back of it. Doesn't make sense, I messed up.))

I wake up and my body is sore and it hurts to move. ( I wonder if it worked) I thought I tried to move my back but I didn't feel anything. So I tried to look behind me and I saw a tip of the wing. ( wow I can hardly feel them) I sit up and try to make the wings move but I couldn't then when I stopped trying they expanded. " this is to cool "I said out loud

"Nope I believed it worked " I said I pulled out ten thousand ryo and handed it kazuya. I think this would pay for the medical expenses thank you.
