New Raikage!

[Zuko Rin]

Zuko arrives to the Raikage house. He goes to his office and sits at his desk to see that there is paperwork there for him to do. "Damn. My first day as the Raikage and I already have paperwork to do. I hope I get to see some action or this is gonna suck." He says aloud.

[Shura Higurashi]

"so you want some action do ya " i said appearing at the window behind zuko. i said grinning

[Zuko Rin]

"Thats right. What are you doing Kazekage?" Zuko asks him.

[Shura Higurashi]

"well if you sign this pact you can fight the akatsuki with the other kages" i said holding out a piece of paper.

[Zuko Rin]

"And what would I get out of forming an alliance with you and the other Kages?" He asks him

[fumito]

Fumito is climbing a steep wall of a mountain. Sweat on his forehead drips down and falls down through clouds to an unknown destination. His teeth grits together out of pain in his arms. It's been a long climb. He looks around and sees the village hidden in the clouds. Spotting some guards on the walls, he recognizes a though defense. Luckily he wears clothing which camoflauges him well against the wall of rock. He is invisible to them.
Fumito's strong fingers grabs the wall and pulls him up with his well trained arms. You can tell, he is a guy who trains his body everyday. Fumito practices martial art a lot and uses probably most of his hours to train.
Reaches the top and pulls his sweaty body over the edge. The wall is very slippery, thats why the ninja technique of wall walking doesn't work. He sits down on the first horizontal surface since 2 hours.
Finds some binoculars in his bag and uses them to spy on the Raikage.
"Mmh.. He is not alone. Doesn't matter." Fumito says and releases a seal and summons his sniper version of a crossbow. Lays down on his belly with the weapon and adjusts it to shoot. Loads an arrow to the weapon. Looking through the scope and aims carefully and fires.
"Fire in the hole." Fumito whispers to himself. The arrow flyes through the long range of space. Giving out a slight whistle sound as it passes by. Making some people on the street of the village, turn their heads to check. But the cause of the sound already been gone since long.
The arrow crashes through the window. Reaches the room of where Raikage is at, and hits a wall. A paper message appears on the arrow. It's wrapped up and it says: "Message to the Raikage."
"I'm Fumito of the Akatsuki. I send you this message to give you an offer. I want to form an alliance with the village of cloud with a goal to expand the rule and territory of Lightning country. Taking back the territories which the country has lost in previous wars. Bring down the neightboars who doesn't know how to rule a country and lets their people live in poverty and disgrace. It will increase the honor and fame of your name. You will be known as the hero of all time. Join the war on the side of Akatsuki."

[Zuko Rin]

"It seems I have a new offer. A better one at that. Goodbye Kazekage. Lightning style: lightning stream!" Zuko yells as he shoots a stream of lightning at the Kazekage.

[Shura Higurashi]

i saw the attack coming and i jumped out of the way and activating my wings. "your making a mistake its the akatsuki you cant trust them . "theyll betray you and in the end kill you" i said drawing my sword floating in the air defending myself. " think about the villagers if you join the akatsuki your villages econemy will die and crime will skyrocket" i say

[Zuko Rin]

"No you fool. Your fear of the Akatsuki has made you weak and blind." Zuko said to the Kazekage. "I suggest you leave before I get angry." Zuko said annoyed.

[Shura Higurashi]

(Hmhp looks like war will get a lot more interesting) "okay the baby sitter is paying 300 ryo an hour so I cant stay and chat with you but just one thing to remember the people are who your protecting not entertaining yourself. Just a thought" I say as I glide towards the window jump out. Transform into a phenox hybrd a blasted away
