Spy activity at Mist

Naito strolls around in the house of Mizukage. He is appointed as an ambassador of Leaf in the country of water. Giving him freedom to remain in the foreign village. He will use the time to study and analyse the village for a possible war which may or may not happend.
A mist ninja in vicinity, Naito evades his appearance and hides behind a drapery by the window. Listens to the footsteps which walks toward him. Holding the breath, the footsteps sound higher and higher, until they begin to lower. Naito lets out a sound of phew. He sneaks back from his hiding to walk through the hall. Walking this heavily guarded place it's a mystery how he managed to get in.
He had appointed a meeting with the Mizukage and arrived an hour earlier. Of course they had let him him. Naito is a trusted diplomat of Leaf which the Mist are allied with.
Then, as always on a bad timing, he had to go to the bathroom. As unlucky as he was, he got lost. Or at least, thats his version.
Naito chuckles for himself. He walks into a corridor. Looking at the signs of the doors, he knows he is at the right place. The door signs say: Strategy, history, seals.
Naito stops in front of a door. Looking right and then left. No one around and complete silence.

[Asuka Taichibana]

I've been following Naito since he left my office. I guess I'm a little cautious. I was right to be. Why is he trying to get in that room. I keep myself hidden to see what he is going to do.

Naito sends bugs through the keyhole and they enter the room of scrolls. It takes a while to transport so many bugs through such a tiny entrance but it's the only way. It's very descreet, no one would expect bugs to be sent by an enemy. These are creatures which often live around the humen without bigger interference. It's natural for them to be around and people have learned to not pay attention to them.
The last needed bug disappears into the hole and Naito proceeds to next stage of breaking in. He casts a serie of handseals and turns the bugs, on the otherside of the door, into a clone. Adding in transformation technique to make the clone look like Mizukage. Just in case there would be a camera installed in that room, the supervisor wouldn't be alarmed.
The clone proceeds to go through the scrolls and looking for the one with most secret information.
Naito who stands behind the door is prepares himself to act like a lost toilet seeker in case someone would walk by. Looking left and looking right, no one has been seen around so far.

[Asuka Taichibana]

He did something at the door but I couldn't see what. I decided to reveal myself. "Hello there Naito. What are you up to?" I asked him.

"I was just... looking for the toilet. I heard it was the 4th door and then upstairs. Did I misscount?" Naito explains.

[Asuka Taichibana]

"There's no point in lying to me. I've been following you. And I know you did something just now. So just to me the truth." I said to him.

[naito]

Naito feels pressure to tell the truth. He looks through his black glasses into Mizukage's eyes. Opens his mouth.
"There is nothing to tell." Naito says and feels lucky that he has undergone training against interrogation. His work requires those skills. Puts his hands togheter and releases his jutsu. The clone, behind the door, disrupts into a pile of bugs. The insects know their orders and makes their escape through the ventilation. Leaving no traces behind to proove their earlier attendance to the failed crime.
"If there is nothing else..." Naito begins to walk away. "... we'll meet at the appointed meeting at your office, liked planned." Naito says and checks the clock. "About 30min." He tryes to not leave any room for Mizukage to reply and begins to walk away quickly enough.
