In a secret underground place, Kazuya is leading a project to increase the power of Leaf ninjas through science.
He has succeeded to produce 10 ninjas who have all improved their strenght. The procedurs and ingredients are a secret and not to mention the count of sacrefices.
Kazuya rubs his hands togheter and grins. He has finally done it! These 10 ninjas who stand before him has gained more power through the project New Division.
"Call the Hokage!" Kazuya tells an ANBU. "Tell him that: It's ready."
The ANBU accepts the task and leaves the room.
Kazuya goes and sits down behind his desk and looks around at his new office. It got walls made of white cement and floor made of red and white tiles.
Some paintings on the walls to give the impression of a rich authority and some nice looking red couches by the walls. There are no windows because they are underground. 2 doors, one which leads to the center of the building. Where you will find laboratory, dojo and rooms where the worker's and other participants live in.
To the left of where Kazuya sits is the door which the ANBU left through. That one leads to outside to an undercover building, right next to Hokage's.
"Hehehe, I'm sure this will go according to the plan." Kazuya says and acts like a smog. "Remember, don't disappoint me or else...."
The unfinished threat makes one of the ninjas gulp.

I arrived in the secret underground laboratory where Kazuya was doing his experiment. "Hello Kazuya. You called me?" I asked him.

"Yes, Hokage-sama, you are here today to witness the demonstration of Reaper Division. I came up with that name myself to this group of ninjas, genius right?" Kazuya says.
"Iwashi and Tokishi, step forward." Kazuya calls forth 2 of the Reaper Division members. "Show Hokage what you guy can do." Iwashi and Tokishi bows to the Hokage and then to each other. They take a battlestance next and begins to fight.
"I have improved their body resistance to damages." Kazuya says when Iwashi fails to pierce a kunai through his opponent's belly. "Their skin is as bullet proof as kevlar and their bones are made of steel." The fighters keeps fighting and bashing each other and doesn't look like they get any injuries.
"Thats not all, I used various drugs and exotic genes to force open their gates. Izawa, Tokishi, show hokage your real powers.!" Kazuya tells an order to the fighters. They reply with a nod and suddenly their speed increases. It's harder to keep an eye on their movements, they flash back and forth, trying to hit the other guy's back.
"Kukuku, excellent...." Kazuya says and smiles that everything is going according to his plan.
"Hokage-sama, I propose you appoint a new set of bodyguards to your personal staff. The Reaper Division is more than qualified." Kazuya suggests

"I want a full report by tomorrow on their strengths and weaknesses. Oh and Kazuya if word gets out about this I will be forced to exile you from the village branded as a traitor." I said to him.

"I'll take care of it. You won't have anything to worry about." Kazuya says and feels sure of it. He has taken measures which will assure him that nothing could possibly leak out. The methods of doing these things is something he wants to keep it to himself. Because they are not very honorable techniques. It suprises him that the Hokage wants to cover it up just as badly as him. What are Ryu's motives? Kazuya will interview the Hokage.
"Hokage-sama, I presume this project is not very popular upstairs. Is that why the allmighty leader of Leaf wants to classify this project?" Kazuya asks to try to find more info.

Kazuya walks over to his desk and grabs a scroll. With nervous movements he puts it in his drawer to hide it from the everyones' eyes. It contains secret information how to controll and kill off one of the Reaper division with just a mere handseal. Not that he will allow it to be known by anyone else. He looks into the eyes of one of the Reapers. A woman with red hair and a beautiful face, she steps back with fear. She knows that her life is in the hands of this very man.

"Okay, thanks for the warning!" Kazuya sits down behind his desk and puts his feet on the table. Swaying his head back and forth between the hokage and woman, just for his own amusement, to see the woman jump up out of fear everytime.

"Yes, sure, I'll come by later with the report." Kazuya says and watches the Ryu leave. Listens to the footsteps which go further and further away until there is only silence left.
"The first pieces has been put into place. Soon the game will begin and I will take over the world. Muhahaha!" Kazuya evilly announces.
