Fumito lies on a hammock inside a dark cave. It's cold and mosture, this is where Fumito must sleep. He wonders why Soji has such nice rooms and his subordinate must live in this kind of environment. Fumito sighs, it's not that important. As long as he gets to destroy the civilization.
Come to think of it, Fumito thinks for himself, Soji is cute. Wonder if he has a boyfriend. Hopefully he is not straight. It's not certain, Fumito hasn't seen any women around Soji. Which means, it's still possible for him to make a move.
Wonder when he should make it. Perhaps at Soji's birthday, Fumito can pop up from the cake half naked. Fumito smirks for himself, he pretty sure Soji would love that.

Fumito points swiftly his crossbow at the craven.

The bird swooped down, plucking the crossbow from the hands of the jonin. then he flew high.

The bird flew over to a shadow and perched the shadow morphing into a mirror. then to a window.
Showing the pile of rock with vines over it.
"Scree" it said as it dropped the cross bow.

Fumito watches the bow fall to the ground. It's well built and doesn't break.
"Weird bird. What does it do in a cave?" Fumito wonders.
"I like you. I'm gonna make you my pet." Finding an old bag of peanuts on the floor. "Come birdy. Here, eat." Throw a nut on the floor.

The image n the wall shifted to what Soji was seeing, two circles, each one was showing a battle going badly for Soji .
the desperate thoughts of Soji radiated into the room, blood was oozing over one eye.
"Where is my backup?" Thought Soji

"Oh, thats what you were trying to say." Fumito remembers back at his days at academy. Sensei always scolded Fumito for not doing the work. They were really difficult, tricky and hard to understand. Fumito was never the sharpest knife in the box.
He goes and picks up his bow from the floor.
"That guy calls for back up. The enemy must be really strong. Even if I have hard to imagen such a force to exist."
"I wonder where that place is. Craven, you need to show me the way. Why does that guy always have to go out without telling? I wonder which country he went to today. It will probably take hours or maybe even days until I reach to that place. By then the battle will be long over."
Fumito unseals the exit and walks out to the garden. Looking at trees and a water stream.
"Lets go!"

The rave darted out of the room and made sure fumito was near by as he flew outside.
as he did so,.the image shifted to the ruins of the lost village.
