Fumito climbs one of the mountain hills surrounding the hidden village of Leaf. Being almost the only active Akatsuki and feeling greatly outnumbered, he has to create some problems in the co-operation between the enemy allies. He decides to send a message via a letter attached to an arrow. Loading it in his longdistance crossbow, he shoots it away. Flying through the air, it passes by some unaware birds, scaring the shit out of them. Continues to travel and a wind tryes to hit it off track but is too weak. The arrow reaches it's destination and hits the wall of Hokage's house.
The letter says:
Greetings Hokage of the Leaf.
I will make you aware of a deal which Akatsuki has made with one of the kages. We promised not to attack this kage if he agreed to assassinate you. I will not say who it is and the kage may not speak of it. Hence, you won't know who it is but the threat is still real. Be careful, it could be the one you least except.
Fumito laughs evily. If things go according to the plan, a paranoid hokage is the worst thing for their alliance.
