Brothers traveling to Grass country

[chiffon]

Chinmei, Kyoshiro and Kyoshibaru are walking on their way on a diplomatic mission to Grass country.

"We should run." Kyoshiro suggests.

"We are not in a hurry." Kyoshibaru says quietly.

"I mean, run away, away from everything. Lets become missing ninjas. Or whatever, anything is better than to be waiting and counting the days until Oda will eat us and steal our powers."

"No, we must love peace." Chinmei disagrees and kicks Kyoshiro in his belly and sends him flying into a tree. "Anyone who is against peace, must be punished."

Kyoshibaru walks to give Kyoshiro a hand. "Lets go." He says smiling.

Kyoshiro gets up and thanks his brother for the help. Thinking he won't give up. He will not accept the destiny which Oda has created for him.

There are problems ahead. Some merchants are attacked by bandits. The brothers hesitate not and goes to attack.
The bandits are surrounding the merchants in an ambush. The run close up and stab the innocent ones with daggers. 3 falls and only an old man and a young woman remains.
A dark and sharp wind blows by and the bandit's raid interupts. Multiple scars appear on the criminals' bodies.
Chinmei with amazing speed appears behind two of them.
"To gain love, you must show love." Chinmei says and strikes both down with one kick. Sending them flying in a tree and cause them to faint.
Kyoshibaru casts a genjutsu on the 5 remaining bandits to make them experience an illusion of strong wind, interfering with their movements. The caster flashes by back and forth and knocks them out, one by one.
Kyoshiro goes next to the remaining merchants who are alive to protect them from possible unseen enemies.
"Are you alright?" He asks.
"Y-yes, thank you." The old man says. "I'm Fubuki and this is Mahiro. Thank you for saving our lives. Oh, I'm sad for our fallen comrade. I wish they would had made it. They were good workers."
"How are you, beautiful Mahiro?" Kyoshiro says and her looks captures his mind.
"Huh, what are you saying all of the sudden?" Mahiro blushes.
"Watch your mouth!" Fubuki yells a Kyoshiro.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you." Kyoshiro says and doesn't drop his eye contact with the girl. Pulls her hand to his mouth and kisses it.

"We need to be going." Kyoshibaru tells Kyoshiro.

"I need to be going. I hope we meet again." Kyoshiro keeps his eyecontact with the girl when he farewells. Steps aside to follow his brother with his arm around his shoulders.

"Wait!" The Fubuki says. "We lost our bodyguards and the road might be full of bandits. May we accompany you?"

"Where are you going?" Kyoshiro asks.

"Hidden village of Grass."

"Thats where we are going too. May I ask what businesses you have there?"

"Mahiro is going to meet with her fiancee and plan for their wedding."

"Oh, she is?" Kyoshiro responses with a disappointed tone. "We are...kind of in a hurry. Extra people would slow us down."

"Please, we'll pay. We are.. uhm.. we have money. When we get to the village, you will have a reward." The old man offers.

"Of course we'll do it. Anything for love and peace!" Chinmei cuts in.

"B-but!" Kyoshiro tryes but Chinmei elbows him.

"C'mon, we don't have all day! Lets march!"

The group reaches the border to Grass and sleep the night in tents. At the morning they feel hungry and Kyoshiro goes out to hunt some meat.

Spotting a boar, Kyoshiro sneaks quietly forward. It's huge and strong, it spreads a killing aura to the surrounding to scare away other creatures in the sense of self protection. Kyoshiro swallows, he has never experienced such killing aura during his short life. Picks up a sword which he found earlier lying on the ground during their travel. He had picked it up and kept it. Trying it out and self teaching to sword fence. Now he will use it as a throwing spear. Gonna aim for the heart. The boar turns it's head at Kyoshiro. The poor human can sense the aggressive eyes piercing him. It gives chills through his spine and he becomes paralyzed. The boar looks angry and the killing aura increases, freezing the victim in fear. It storms forward and gonna gore down and kill the foolish hunter. Kyoshiro prays for his last moments in life.
Two daggers hit the heart of the boar. The weapons had flown through the air from another angle than where Kyoshiro stands. Maharu walks up to the boar and pulls the daggers up. Kyoshiro feels embarrassed. A lady saved his life by killing the scary animal.
"You are quite good hunter. Ehm.." Kyoshiro forces himself to say.
"Thanks, my father taught me." She kneels down to it and begins to pray.
"What are you doing?"
"I'm thanking it for becomming my prey and food."
"What for? It's not like it will hear you anymore, it's dead."
"You must respect everything. Even the animals, even the boar and even your food."
"I haven't thanked you yet. You saved my life, thank you."
"Don't mention it."
"I could have been dead now."
"You are not. Be happy. Help me to carry it."
"It's quite huge, even if I call my brothers, I'm not sure if we will be able to lift it."
"We should call everyone here so we can eat."
"Good idea."
"I'll gather the wood and make up a fire meanwhile. Hurry up!"
"O-okay, sure." Kyoshiro leaves to call the others. He thinks it's a wonderful woman he just met. She saved his life and taught him a lot. He feels like he wants to spend more time with her and learn as much as he can. His heart pumps fast and he feels happy. Too bad she is gonna marry someone else.
