A very short man, in the age of 25, walks in. He wishes an audience with the hokage.
"Hi, I'm Soichiro, Chikage of Grass. I need to speak with you." He steps forward and bows. His expensive robe hangs losely on his body, decorated with colorful colors. A samurai sword at his back which seems to be longer than him. His skin is very tainted and doesn't look healthy.

"Aw Chikage. Yes of course. I was actully about to go and pay you a vist. So what brings you here Chikage?" Ryu asked him.

The hairy midget puts his sheated sword to stand on it's tip. Jumps up on it and balances on top of it.

"I think you should leave Akatsuki alone. They inspire thieves and murderers to act and do crimes. Which leads to the small countries need to hire help and assistant of the great villages, such as yours. You'll earn more money if you leave them be."
"We continue as we have done so far. I keep hiring Leaf to clean up our country and you keep earning cash."
"I don't want to see a war happening inside my borders, which would lead to more injuries and casaulties among my people, than what the bandit groups are causing with their deeds."

"My sympathies." Soichiro says. "I think you should had dealt with it back then. Instead of building it up to a huge clash between the biggest countries. At this point, I think you should forgive and forget." Gazes at Hokage with angry eyes.

"Is that so?" Soichiro closes his eyes in feeling of dejection. "Then Hokage is probably not intrested in our huge plants of healing herbs we have invested in. Improved version which can instant heal victims of physical injuries. They are so delicate, they wouldn't survive in an environment of war. I was gonna ask sir Hokage as to be our only buyer. I guess I have to seek other buyers, maybe the Tsuchikage would be more intrested."
Chikage says and trying to indicate something. Thinking he should use carrot and whip.
"Thats not the only plantation we have invested in. Last year we made a tremendous discovery of a new specie. We call it, Death Herb. It got the opposite effect as the healing herb, it destroys living cells when it extracts it's chemicals. I wonder what would happend if a fire would break out. All those chemicals becomming airborne. Hopefully the wind doesn't catch them and bring them over to other countries." Chikage tells and opens his eyes in his fashioned way of looking angry.

"No, Hokage. I wouldn't dream of threatning the great kage of the fire village. That would be suicide." Soichiro explains.
"When we sew the plants, we didn't predict this kind of event to occure, not in our wildest dreams. But now it's reality and I'm a concerned neightbour, thats why I felt the need to tell you. I don't wish harm to anyone. Grass country is and will always be neutral. We don't help either side nor will we harm."
"I will ask you to join the neutral side with us once more. If you still resist, I will leave you alone."

Soichiro sighs out of exhaustion. He predicts a lot of trouble for himself. It's a high risk that his doom is near. Before he can begin to sulk he will leave the office with grace.
"I will leave then. I wish the battle have mercy on you and allow you to live a long life. Good day." Soichiro jumps down from his sword and lands on the floor softly. Walks majestetically out with straight back, proud face and energic arms.

I watched from a window, then meeting with the chikage and hokage.
"Well at least i found him." i said to myself
I walked around the biulding to the front and knocked on the door.
